Tonight–with some slight variations and changes

Updated menu for tonight. Brisket is benched and fresh pesto with walnuts, shaved asiago and grated romano will be served with garlic toast and a side salad. Also, basil champagne vinaigrette is tonights salad dressing and the flank steak tacos are going to be the star of the show. They will be served in tortillas on a bed of lime cabbage and cucumber slaw, with homemade corn salsa and chipotle yogurt sauce.
