~ Pork Belly Grinder: Hang on….Pork Belly on a bed of greens with a creamy maple mayo on a grilled Ciabatta grinder roll. We can’t possibly describe the various tastes and textures in this fabulous sandwich. Served with homemade chips and slaw

~ The Roquefort Special: Roquefort, brandy, garlic, endive, green apple, roasted red pepper and walnuts on grilled ciabatta. A remarkable combination of flavors and texture. Served with homemade chips and slaw                                    $10
