Getting ready for the weekend

Spent all day in the truck today just prepping for the weekend. The butternut squash and the sausage lentil soups have this wonderful warm seasonal flavor that is simply the perfect segue to from the end of the work week and into the weekend (if I do say so myself). The Bleu Cheese Sliders will be served with a drizzle of hot wing sauce over top on a brioche slider bun…if I wasn’t working tomorrow night, I would get some food from the truck, take it home, and settle in on a cold winter’s friday night.
