Direct from the garden…FIRST OF THE SEASON…chives!!!

OK, So the pork cheeks are braising right now in traditional thai herbs and spices with some braising liquid of soy, fish sauce, palm sugar and rice vinegar. The team ATE O ATE has decided that these tasty tenderloins should be served on a bed of sesame stir fried cabbage and garnished with a sprinkling of FIRST OF THE SEASON, FRESH FROM THE GARDEN chives.
