We will confirm the receipt of your order, confirm your pick-up time, and provide you a total for your order and you may then pre-pay for the order on our website! Your order will not be processed until payment is received

1. Shrimp Cocktails Skewers with sliced cucumber and pimento stuffed queen Spanish olives drenched in Bloody Mary cocktail sauce
2. Mini Maryland Crab Cakes with spicy remoulade dipping sauce
3. Rueben Fritters–a newly defined version of a classic deli sandwich served with home made thousand island dipping sauce.

Send us your order now for pick up later! Limited internet sometimes prohibits us from receiving orders. In that regard pre-orders for lunch should be made by 10 am and for dinner by 3pm. We will confirm the receipt of your order, confirm your pick-up time, and provide you a total for your order and you may then pre-pay for the order on our website or let us know you will be paying truck side with cash or check.
If you do not receive confirmation of your order, then we are out of service. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We strive to use the freshest ingredients available and use 100% compostable containers, cups, lids, and dinnerware. We serve Vly Mountain Spring Water bottled in Halcott Center by the DiBenedetto Family in exchange for our fryer oil, which will be converted into bio diesel. We vow to continue to build this business by using local growers, producers, and suppliers whenever possible. And will continue doing everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint while providing great food and service to the Catskill Region. We strongly believe all of this is worth the effort and hope you do too.
